Why I’m creating this

she’s got AGENCY has grown out of my experience seeing what becomes possible when women come together in the right environment.

As co-founder of girls ALIVE, I saw women push themselves, grow in confidence and do things they had never imagined — supported by the energy of the women around them.

she’s got AGENCY carries that same belief in collective energy, but applies it to a different kind of growth: thinking bigger, getting clear, building confidence, and moving towards the life you want with more intention and agency.

I have designed the workshop I need right now, and I am building the kind of community I want around me: capable women ready to power up, use what they have learned, and bring more of their potential into play.

This first pilot is a chance to test the early programme, gather honest feedback, and shape something genuinely valuable together.
