she’s got AGENCY is built around collective energy, movement, and personal growth workshops, it creates the conditions for capable women to take stock, reconnect with what they truly want, recognise their agency and build the confidence to use it.
The journey brings together community, identity, possibility, calm clarity and agency. It is not about becoming someone else. It is about meeting yourself honestly, opening yourself to greater possibility, creating a calm foundation, and start to move towards the life you actually want supported by the energy of women doing the same.
Why I’ve created this
Eleanor Lestrange - Founder of she’s got AGENCY & Co-founder of girls ALIVEshe’s got AGENCY has grown out of my experience seeing what becomes possible when women come together with purpose in the right environment.
As co-founder of girls ALIVE, I saw women push themselves, grow in confidence and do things they had never imagined possible supported by the energy of the women around them.
she’s got AGENCY carries that same belief in collective energy, but applies it to a different kind of growth: thinking bigger, getting clear, building confidence, and moving towards the life you want with intention.
I’m building a new community of capable women who are ready to power up, use the abundance of skills and experience that they’ve built, and bring more of their potential into play.

Join the first she’s got AGENCY pilot and help shape a new community for women ready to think bigger and move forward with intention
The first she’s got AGENCY pilot is a small-group workshop experience for women who want to take stock, get clear, and explore what comes next.
This is the first step in developing the wider she’s got AGENCY journey, and it’s designed to gather honest feedback from the women taking part.
Across two Saturday afternoon in-person sessions, we’ll combine a supportive small-group setting, a walk to help us settle in and practical workshop time. There will also be an optional mid-week online drop-in session for prompts and questions before we come back for the second in-person session.
This first pilot is free to attend. In return, participants will be asked to join a temporary Slack group, complete short before-and-after feedback forms to help shape the next stage of she’s got AGENCY.
The pilot will take place in the Dorking, Surrey area, with dates and exact location confirmed before places are offered.
