My story…….

she's got AGENCY grew out of what I saw happen when women come together with purpose, in the right environment.

As co-founder of girls ALIVE, I saw women grow in confidence and do things they had never imagined possible, supported by the women around them. The Prime Minister recognised it with a Points of Light award, calling girls ALIVE "a brilliant example of how individuals can create positive changes right across their communities and beyond." In March 2024, Philippa and I were invited to a Downing Street celebration for International Women's Day in recognition of our work.

she's got AGENCY carries that same belief in what women can do together, and applies it to a different kind of growth: taking ownership, thinking bigger, getting clear, building confidence, and moving towards the life you want with intention.

I've built this programme for midlife women, to help you navigate the changes midlife brings and make the most of your next chapter. Together we are building a community of capable women who are ready to power up, use the skills and experience they've built, bring more of their potential into play, and move towards a life that really excites and fulfils them.
