she’s got AGENCY is built around collective energy, movement, and practical workshops, it creates the conditions for capable women to take stock, reconnect with what they truly want, recognise the agency they already have, and build the confidence to use it.
The journey brings together community, identity, possibility, calm clarity and agency. It is not about becoming someone else. It is about meeting yourself honestly, opening yourself to greater possibility, creating a calm foundation, and starting to move towards the life you actually want — supported by the energy of women doing the same.
Why I’m creating this
she’s got AGENCY has grown out of my experience seeing what becomes possible when women come together in the right environment.
As co-founder of girls ALIVE, I saw women push themselves, grow in confidence and do things they had never imagined — supported by the energy of the women around them.
she’s got AGENCY carries that same belief in collective energy, but applies it to a different kind of growth: thinking bigger, getting clear, building confidence, and moving towards the life you want with more intention and agency.
I’ve designed the workshop I need right now, and I am building the kind of community I want around me to help me realise my potential too: capable women ready to power up, use what they have learned, and bring more of their incredible potential into play.
This first pilot is an opportunity to test the early programme, gather honest feedback, and continue shaping something genuinely valuable. I’m looking for 6 women who know they have more to give and want to come together to explore that idea at this pivotal point in life.
What the pilot involves
The first she’s got AGENCY pilot is a small-group workshop experience designed to test the early programme and gather honest feedback.
This workshop is designed as the starting point of the she’s got AGENCY journey — a chance to take stock, get clear, and begin exploring what you want to move towards.
The pilot includes two Saturday morning in-person sessions, combining collective energy, group walk to set us up for success and practical workshop time. There will also be an optional mid-week online drop-in session for prompts and questions before we come back for the second in-person session.
There is no charge for this first pilot. In return, participants are asked to come with an open mindset, join the temporary online community, complete short before-and-after feedback forms to help me shape the she’s got AGENCY programme.
Dates and exact location are being finalised. The pilot will take place in the Dorking / Surrey area, with full details shared before places are confirmed.
