This policy explains how she’s got AGENCY collects, uses and protects your personal information, in line with UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018).

Who I am

What information I collect
When you book an event or sign up to hear from me, I may collect:

  • Your name, email address and phone number

  • An emergency contact name and number

  • Any health, access or mobility information you choose to share, so I can run a safe and appropriate session

  • Dietary requirements or allergies, where relevant

  • Payment information, handled directly by my payment provider (I don’t store card details myself)

  • Basic website usage data, if my website uses analytics or cookies

Why I collect it
I use your information to:

  • Process your booking and take payment

  • Contact you with event details and updates

  • Run sessions safely, including making reasonable adjustments where needed

  • Send you occasional emails about future events, if you’ve opted in

Health and access information is special category data under UK GDPR. I only collect it with your explicit consent, and only use it to run a safe session.

Who I share it with
I don’t sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes. I may share limited information with people directly involved in running a session (such as a venue, caterer or co-facilitator), only where necessary and relevant.

How long I keep it
I keep your information only as long as necessary for the purpose it was collected, and then delete or anonymise it.

Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Ask what information I hold about you

  • Ask me to correct or delete it

  • Withdraw consent at any time, including for marketing emails

  • Complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) if you have concerns about how your data is handled
