Programme & event terms and conditions

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all she’s got AGENCY programmes and events. Please read them before booking. By booking or attending, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Booking and registration
When you book, I may ask for your contact details and an emergency contact.

To help me understand whether an event is right for you, I may also ask if there are any health, access or mobility considerations I should know about. Please answer fully and honestly, with information relevant to your safe participation.

Any personal information you provide is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy and used only for the purpose it was collected for.

2. Who can attend
she’s got AGENCY events are designed for adults aged 18 and over.

Dogs and other pets are not permitted.

3. Accessibility and physical participation
Many she’s got AGENCY sessions include time outdoors, and may involve standing, walking on grass or uneven ground, and sitting outdoors for periods of time. Other parts of a session may take place in a seated or indoor setting.

If you have mobility limitations, an injury, disability or any other access requirement, please get in touch before booking so I can discuss whether the event is right for you and, where possible, make reasonable adjustments.

4. Your health and wellbeing
she’s got AGENCY events and programmes are intended to support personal growth, wellbeing and connection with others. It is not a substitute for medical, psychological or other professional healthcare.

I am not a qualified therapist, counsellor or medical professional. If something comes up during a session that needs professional support, I will signpost you towards appropriate help. But this is not a substitute for professional care.

By taking part, you are responsible for deciding whether you are well enough to participate.

If you have any medical condition, are taking prescribed medication, are pregnant, have an injury, mobility concern, severe allergy, or any other health-related concern that may affect your participation, please seek approval from your GP before participating, and please inform me in advance of the session.

she’s got AGENCY events and programmes are not currently considered suitable during the first trimester of pregnancy, and I ask that you do not attend sessions during this period.

I take care to accommodate dietary requirements and allergies you tell me about in advance, but food is prepared in a setting that handles a range of ingredients, and I cannot guarantee any dish is completely free from traces of allergens. Please tell me about any dietary requirements and allergies when you book, and raise any concerns about a specific dish on the day.

she’s got AGENCY programmes and events can be reflective, and sometimes emotional, experiences. You are always free to pause, step back, take time for yourself, and speak to me or the session facilitator if you need support.

Taking part does not involve therapy, counselling or medical treatment.

5. Outdoor environment, wellbeing activities and possible risks
All activity involves an element of risk. During events and activities, you may encounter uneven surfaces, wet ground, mud, slopes, insects, plants, changing weather, and other people or animals using the same space.

I take reasonable care to identify and manage foreseeable risks, and all facilitators will provide guidance throughout activities. Participants are responsible for taking reasonable care of themselves, following guidance, and making sensible decisions about their own participation.

Please tell me or the facilitator if you become uncomfortable, unwell or concerned at any point.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded.

6. Clothing and what to bring
Please wear clothing suitable for the activities described and for the environment, particularly if we’re spending time outdoors. I recommend comfortable layers, a waterproof jacket if going outdoors and rain is expected, and sturdy footwear with good grip.

Any equipment needed for a session, for example a yoga mat, blanket or sit cushion, will be listed in advance.

For your safety, I reserve the right to decline participation in the outdoor parts of the day if, in my reasonable opinion, a participant is not appropriately dressed for the conditions. In this case, a refund will not normally be offered.

7. Weather and changes to a session
she’s got AGENCY events often include outdoor elements, where weather can be a factor. Outdoor sessions will usually go ahead in rain or ordinary weather. I may need to shorten, relocate or adapt sessions where required.

I will always aim to give as much notice as reasonably possible of any change.

8. Cancellation or postponement by she’s got AGENCY
Occasionally I may need to cancel or postpone a session, because of weather or safety concerns, venue availability, illness, insufficient numbers, or other circumstances beyond my reasonable control.

If I cancel, you will be offered a transfer to another available date or a refund of the ticket price paid. I am not responsible for other costs you may incur as a result, such as travel.

9. Cancellation, refunds and transfers
she’s got AGENCY is kept deliberately small, so late cancellations affect the whole group.

If you can no longer attend, please let me know as soon as possible. You may request a refund or transfer up to 7 days before the session. Requests made less than 7 days before are not normally eligible for a refund or transfer, though if your circumstances change unexpectedly, please get in touch and I’ll do what I can.

You may also transfer your place to another eligible person if you let me know in advance.

No refund is normally given for non-attendance, late arrival, or voluntary withdrawal once a session has begun. Nothing here affects your rights under applicable law.

10. Late arrival
Sessions begin at the stated time. To protect the experience for the group, I may be unable to wait for late arrivals or pause activities already under way. Please contact me as soon as possible if you expect to be delayed, and I’ll help where I reasonably can. No refund is normally available for a missed session due to late arrival.

11. Photography and filming
I may take photographs or video during a session for use on my website, social media and other materials. I will seek your consent before using any identifiable image of you. Choosing not to consent will not affect your booking.

12. Respect for place
she’s got AGENCY sometimes takes place in shared spaces, used by other people and, where relevant, wildlife. Please follow any guidance from the venue or facilitator, and help leave the place as you found it.

13. Changes to these Terms & Conditions
I may update these from time to time. The version in place when you book will normally apply to that booking, unless a change is required by law or for safety reasons.

14. Contact
If you have any questions about these Terms & Conditions or whether an event is right for you, please get in touch via the details on the she’s got AGENCY website.
