she's got AGENCY grew out of what I saw happen when women come together with purpose, in the right environment.

As co-founder of girls ALIVE, I saw women grow in confidence and do things they had never imagined possible, supported by the women around them.

she’s got AGENCY carries that same belief in what women can do together, and applies it to a different kind of growth: taking ownership, thinking bigger, getting clear, building confidence, and moving towards the life you want with intention.

I’m in midlife myself. I’m not the finished article, I’m on this journey too. I’ve built the programme and the community I needed to navigate it, with activities and exercises I’ve found powerful enough to want to share. I know from experience there’s nothing more powerful than having a group of women around you, so I’ve built that too.

girls ALIVE was recognised by the Prime Minister with a Points of Light award, calling it “a brilliant example of how individuals can create positive changes right across their communities and beyond.” In March 2024, Philippa and I were invited to a Downing Street celebration for International Women’s Day in recognition of our work.
